Guide to the All Projects Screen and Project Creation Process

All Projects Screen

When you log in to the URL, you will land on the All Projects page. When you log in for the first time, you may see a blank page with only a ‘Create New’ button at the top right-hand side of the screen. If you have created multiple projects, all the projects will show up as multiple tiles. You may have pagination at the bottom of the screen where you can move from one page to another if the number of projects exceeds ten.

You can either increase the number of projects per page by clicking on the drop-down at the bottom right or by clicking on the page numbers given at the bottom of the page. Within the project tile card, it shows you the project name and any details about the project that you have provided at the time of creating the project. It also captures the date the project was created and the person who created it. If the project has been shared with you, the ‘Created By’ field will state their name along with an indication that this is a shared project. You also have a settings icon on each of the project tiles which takes you to the project settings for that particular project.

How to set up a project?

A project is a dedicated workspace where users can create one or more models for single or multiple Brand-Market combinations. Setting up a project is the first step before uploading data and beginning the modeling process.

Step 1: Create a New Project

Click on the “Create New” button from the main dashboard once logged in to the platform.

Step 2: Fill in Project Details

A project creation box will appear where the user must enter the following information:

- Project Name - Provide a distinctive project name with a minimum of 4 characters and a maximum of 25 characters, avoiding spaces and special characters.
- Organization Hierarchy (if applicable). For example, Business Unit, Country, Brand etc.

Step 3: Create the Project

Once all details are entered, click the “Create” button.

Step 4: Access the Project Workspace

After creation, a project tile will appear with the name provided.

Click on the project tile card to enter the project workspace.

Next Step: Start Data Upload

After entering the project workspace, you can proceed to upload your harmonized data.

Additional Information

Within the All Projects page, you have a search functionality where you can enter part of the name of any project that you want to search. Notice there is a drop-down to the right-hand side of the screen which defaults to ‘Name’. When you search, it is only searching for the name of the project. If you want to search based on the person who created the project, you can click on the drop-down and change from ‘Name’ to ‘Created By’. If there are many projects shared with you and you only want to filter out shared projects, you can select the ‘Shared Projects’ option from the same dropdown.
