Searching and Batch Classification

Filter by search
Users can use the search box to find variables with similar names.
Example: typing “IMP” filters all impression variables.

Select all and classify together:
After filtering, users can click Select All to choose the displayed variables and classify them in one step.

Managing Groups

1 Delete a group (Group 2 and below) from Classify Data
On the Classify Data page, users can delete Group 2 and lower groups by clicking the three dots next to the group and selecting Delete Group.

2 Delete Group 1 buckets from Project Settings
2.1 Navigation path to Group 1 buckets
Click the profile icon in the top bar, go to Settings, then Project, and open the Data Classification section under the Input tab. Group 1 buckets for example Media, Non-Media, ATL, BTL or Other Media etc., are listed here with a delete icon.

2.2 Precondition: unclassify assigned variables
If any variables are currently classified under Group 1, they must first be unclassified. The platform will not allow deletion until this step is completed.

2.3 Deletion steps for Group 1 buckets
Unclassify any variables assigned to the Group 1 bucket. Then, in Settings > Project > Input > Data Classification, select the Group 1 bucket and click the delete icon.

2.4 Error message when variables remain assigned
If a user tries to delete a Group 1 bucket while variables are still assigned, an error message appears instructing the user to unclassify the variables before proceeding.

3 Ungroup a subgroup to its parent
The Ungroup option moves all variables classified under a subgroup back to its parent group.

4 Move variables between groups
The Move to option transfers all variables from one group to another group.

Main Buckets Options
