Finalizing Variables

After creating all variables—whether manually, through event flags, holidays, or seasonality—users must click the Generate Variables button located at the bottom right of the screen to finalize them. The platform will automatically classify these new variables, inheriting properties such as data classification, spend, and other characteristics from their parent variables. For instance, if a variable like TV is classified under media, then TV_1000 and any total TV variables will also be classified under media, carrying similar default values.

Importing and Exporting Variables

The platform offers an import/export feature at the bottom left for users to upload or download variables. If users have a predefined template, they can easily import variables into the system.

By following these steps, users can effectively create and manage new variables within the platform, ensuring accurate and meaningful data analysis.
