Classify Data

Classify Data

Once the data cube is uploaded, users should click on Start Data Classification. This step requires them to specify the meaning of each column by moving the variables from the left side of the interface to the appropriate classification buckets on the right: Base, Incremental, Time, Dimension, and Dependent.

On the data classification page, there are five main classification buckets: Time, Dimension, Dependent, Base, and Incremental. Within the Base and Incremental categories, subgroups from the global settings will be displayed. All variables from the input data cube will appear as columns on the left side of the page.
